"Your strong head is being met by at least an equally and maybe even stronger Heart", said by my coach this past year a couple of times. "Otherwise you would have fallen and you haven't", she said. She was and is right. So to all you 'Head'-people out there, struggeling to find your way to your Heart. It is there and it is Big and it is there for you to find and feel.
And when you do...when you find your Heart, it wil grow further and expand. With all the emotions that comes with growth and expansion. Scary as Hell but boy what a gift as well. One month to go this year, enjoy going inside the winter's womb.
